CMT is expanding its Party Down South franchise by adding a second edition of the reality show with a new cast of unruly Southerners, EW has learned exclusively.

Party Down South 2 will debut on Nov. 20 at 9 p.m. with the first of 12 one-hour episodes. The eight twentysomethings—among whom are a firefighter and preacher’s daughter—will be drinking their way through Biloxi, Miss., while indulging in mud pits and makeouts.

Also created by Jersey Shore overlord SallyAnn Salsano, the original Party Down South—which is CMT’s highest-rated show ever, averaging with 930,000 viewers (including DVR playback)—will kick off season three in February as Daddy, Lyle Walt, Murray, Lauren, Mattie and Tiffany (minus Lil Bit, who quit the show over the summer) also tear up Biloxi. Given that they were filming at separate times, the casts won’t be seen interacting with each other, however.

Party Down South wrapped up its second season at the end of August, but the keg will be retapped twice before season three begins. CMT will air the 90-minute L.A.-set holiday special “Party Down South: Drunksgiving” on Nov. 20 at 7:30 p.m., leading into the Party Down South 2 premiere at 9 p.m.. A second special, “Party Down South: Christmas Hangover,” is set to crash your TVs on Dec. 18.
